Harry the Handsome Butcher is the seventeenth episode of the fourth season of Cyanide & Happiness Shorts. The episode features a seemingly handsome butcher named Harry who works at the local meat shop. Despite his good looks, Harry is very socially awkward and has trouble connecting with people.

The episode begins with Harry at work, chopping up meat and trying to make small talk with a customer, but failing miserably. Harry, still lost in his daydream, accidentally gives the customer the wrong cut of meat.

Feeling embarrassed, Harry tries to make it up to the customer by offering her a discount on her next purchase. The customer thanks him and leaves, but Harry is still disappointed in himself. He decides to take matters into his own hands and attempts to make himself look more handsome.

After trying out a few different outfits and hairstyles, Harry finally settles on a look he thinks will make him irresistible. He goes back to work feeling confident and excited to see how people will react to his new look. However, things don't go as planned and Harry's attempts to impress his customers only make things worse.

In one scene, Harry approaches a group of women and attempts to flirt with them by flexing his muscles. The women are horrified and quickly leave the shop. In another scene, Harry tries to impress a group of men by showing off his dance moves, but ends up falling and knocking over a display of meat.

Despite his setbacks, Harry refuses to give up and continues to try and improve his image. However, things take a dark turn when he begins to experiment with chemicals in an attempt to make himself more handsome. As he becomes more and more obsessed with his appearance, Harry's mental state begins to deteriorate and he starts to do some truly disturbing things.

All in all, Harry the Handsome Butcher is a darkly comedic episode that deals with themes of self-image and the dangers of obsession. It's a cautionary tale about the lengths some people will go to in order to feel accepted and loved, and the consequences that can arise when these desires are taken too far.
