Kim has decided to have her baby at home. She had to convince Wesley but he's now come around. Katie is worried, a recent ultrasound detected a slight problem with one of the baby's kidneys. Lisa is admitted to the hospital, she's tired and gives up on a natural birth in favor of an epidural. Unfortunately, the first epidural doesn't work and she has to undergo the procedure a second time.
