As the drama unfolds, Kerim is seen getting ready in his house, ready to go out. His family members are happy and excited to see him getting ready to leave. On the other hand, Fatmagul and Mukaddes are outside their houses having a conversation, where Mukaddes is trying to console Fatmagul by saying that it wasn't her fault, and nobody was responsible for the incident that happened.

Afterwards, Fatmagul and her sister Asu walk down towards the beach where they meet up with Fahrettin Bey's sons. While they're all talking, they notice that there's a horse running towards them. In an attempt to save himself, Kerim jumps on the horse, causing a scene. Fatmagul who was watching the incident couldn't help but show slight admiration for Kerim while Asu looked at him coldly.

Later on, Kerim and his friend/employee Vural go to a bar where they meet Erdogan and Selim. They drink and enjoy their night out, but things take a wrong turn after they get into a fight with some local men. They end up leaving the bar and walking on the street, where they come across the house of Fatmagul.

There, Kerim and Fatmagul come face to face, and even though Fatmagul tries to ignore him, she ends up talking to him a bit. Kerim seems sorry about what happened to her, but Fatmagul tries to show little to no interest in him. At this point, she still doesn't know that Kerim was one of the men who raped her.

The next day, Vural and Kerim return to the bar they went to the previous night, where they meet with Erdogan again. Erdogan asks Kerim for his help, as he's in trouble. In exchange for his help, Erdogan offers Kerim some money. Kerim accept, although he swears that he doesn't do stuff like this for the money.

Meanwhile, Fatmagul, who is trying to move on from her trauma, is shown having a conversation with her husband Mustafa's sister, Meltem. Meltem, who is married and is just a few years younger than Fatmagul, tells her to divorce Mustafa and move on. But Fatmagul is unsure about it, and she doesn't want to give up on her marriage just yet.

Later in the episode, Kerim and Vural go to a hotel, where they meet a woman named Ece who is the daughter of a wealthy businessman. Erdogan had earlier told them to kidnap Ece, so that he could get some money out of her father. Kerim, being a bit hesitant, goes with the plan. They successfully kidnap her, and Erdogan then contacts Ece's father asking for the ransom.

Towards the end of the episode, the three men meet with the father, and Erdogan hands him a piece of paper with the ransom amount. But, as they're leaving, the father grabs Erdogan's arm and asks if he knows who he is. Erdogan, starts to panic and runs out of the room, leaving Kerim and Vural behind. The episode ends with the two of them being taken into custody.

Overall, episode 5 was a bit more on the dramatic side, as it shows both Fatmagul and Kerim dealing with their emotions in different ways. However, it also showed a different side of Kerim's character, as he agrees to kidnap a woman for money. The ending of the episode definitely leaves viewers with a lot of questions.
