Ishwar gets beaten up by fellow suppliers. After Dr Palash's transfer, Dr Shreya steps up as the CMO. But quickly it becomes clear to her that medicine supplies are irregular and a shortage is looming overhead. She goes to the District hospital to talk about this to Dr Patwardhan. Dr Patwardhan informs her that this issue will be solved in 2 days as the government had announced a central medicine purchasing agency Pixomed for the entire state. Ishwar's assistant tells him some saline bottles have expired. Ishwar asks him to shut up and disappear. Back in the ashram, Sachin's health keeps getting worse. Jagmohan's medicines don't work. Jagmohan asks the family to have faith in him and orders new medicines from the city. Gandharv suggests taking Sachin to the village hospital but Narayan da refuses. Shreya comes back but there is no improvement in the supply situation. She keeps writing emails but gets stuck in Pixomed's bureaucracy. Myriad of calls go unanswered. Bhola suggests a solution. Shreya and Bhola go to a nearby town and they find a shady looking medicine shop run by Jijo. Jijo invites them inside the shop and shows them a whole new side of his shop filled with random fridges. He then shows them his medical stock, but the stock has government stamp on it. This makes Shreya question where the stocks are from. Jijo refuses to answer. Shreya threatens him of legal action. Sarvesh calls and informs that he has gotten some medicines. Shreya and Bhola come back happily. As Sachin's health detoriates further, Meera decides to take him to the CHC against Narayan Da's wishes. Once at the CHC, Shreya realises she doesn't have the necessary medicines to treat him, so she puts him on an ambulance. Raja Babu asks Ishwar to talk to Patwardhan directly and make him purchase stuff with a backdated invoice. The ambulance comes back with Sachin's dead body. Shreya attends Sachin's funeral and is moved by it. She decides to purchase medicines from Jijo.
