Man Mayal is a Pakistani romantic drama that revolves around the lives of two individuals, Mannu and Salahuddin, who belong to completely different worlds but fate brings them together. After returning home from her father's house, Mannu's mother greets her with contempt and punishes her for disobeying her father's orders. However, Mannu is unperturbed and continues to express her love for Salahuddin, much to her mother's displeasure. Meanwhile, Salahuddin is preparing to leave for Karachi to start a new life and leave his past behind. However, his mother is anxious about his departure and pleads with him not to go.

The episode reaches its climax when Mannu's cousin Mikaeel becomes interested in marrying her. However, Mannu is still in love with Salahuddin and is unable to accept Mikaeel's proposal. Meanwhile, Salahuddin's journey to Karachi takes a turn for the worse when he is involved in a serious car accident.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger as Salahuddin's life hangs in the balance and Mannu's future remains uncertain. The audience is left waiting eagerly for the next episode to learn about the fate of our protagonists.
