The episode of MasterChef Australia season 4 episode 67 is titled "Lunch Service." As the name suggests, the contestants are tasked with running a lunch service at Melbourne's iconic Queen Victoria Market.

The episode starts with the 10 remaining contestants splitting into two teams. Each team is instructed to create a three-course meal for the customers visiting the market. In addition to cooking the meals, the teams have to set up their own stalls, manage inventory, and serve customers.

The contestants are given a budget of $1500 to purchase ingredients and are provided with a list of ingredients available at the market. The teams have two and a half hours to prepare their meals before the lunch service begins.

The Red Team, led by Audra, decides to prepare a menu inspired by Southeast Asia. They create an entrée of prawn and mango rice paper rolls with chili and lime dipping sauce, a main course of lemongrass chicken with Vietnamese salad, and a dessert of pandan-infused panna cotta with caramelized pineapple.

The Blue Team, led by Ben, opts for a Mediterranean-inspired menu. They create an entrée of roasted red pepper and feta dip with flatbread, a main course of pan-seared barramundi with salsa verde and roasted carrots, and a dessert of orange and almond cake with poached peaches.

Once the lunch service begins, the pressure is on for the contestants. They need to manage their time effectively and ensure that the food they serve is of top-notch quality. The customers at the market are discerning and have high expectations.

As the Red and Blue Teams get busier with orders, tensions start to rise between the contestants. However, each team manages to pull off a successful lunch service. The customers are impressed with both teams' dishes, and the judges find it difficult to choose a winning team.

After the lunch service, the contestants head back to the MasterChef kitchen for the elimination challenge. The judges reveal that only two contestants will be safe from elimination, and the rest will be up for elimination.

The two contestants with the best dishes in the lunch service are declared safe. They are given a chance to sit out of the elimination challenge and watch the rest of the contestants battle it out.

The remaining eight contestants are tasked with creating a dish inspired by their favorite childhood food memory. The judges then taste each dish and decide which contestants will be eliminated.

The episode ends with one contestant being eliminated from the competition. The remaining contestants move on to the next round, with a renewed sense of determination to showcase their culinary skills.
