Along the way, they encounter different creatures, such as a mischievous monkey, and a helpful family of beavers who lend the trains a hand.

Their adventure takes them deep into a cave where they finally find the missing head of Milosaurus. But when they try to retrieve it, they accidentally awaken a sleeping giant, who turns out to be a massive triceratops! The triceratops chases after the Mighty Express trains, who have to think fast to escape its wrath.

Once they've outrun the triceratops, and returned safely to the museum, the team finally uncovers the truth about Milosaurus's head. Turns out it wasn't really lost at all, but was taken by a playful toddler who had wandered away from his parents. The Mighty Express team reunites the little boy with his family and the exhibit opening ceremony goes off without a hitch.

In the end, the Mighty Express trains learn to never give up on their mission, even when faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Through teamwork, perseverance, and a little bit of luck, they are able to complete their mission and make sure the exhibit is ready for all to enjoy.
