An old rival of the Wizard, the Mad Tinker, sends the Wizard a troublesome package: the Alarming Clock, an innocuous looking wind up clock that will cause untold chaos if the "alarm" ever rings. Even worse, the Mad Tinker captures the Pocket Dragons and replaces them with clockwork replicas, who infiltrate the castle and attempt to trigger the Alarming Clock!
