It's the day of the School Fete, and as dozens of people have fun at the various activities and stalls, Sally receives a mysterious phone call telling her that a stink bomb will explode at the fete in 12 minutes! Sally immediately grabs Doowee, who is trying to take part in the costume competition, and together they try to unravel the clues to find the bomb before it explodes.
