Ultimately, Russo believes that the spirits in the house are not evil or harmful, but are simply looking for acknowledgment and recognition. She advises Gershon to do a ceremony in the house to honor the spirits, and to continue to acknowledge and communicate with them in the future.

The episode ends with Gershon reflecting on her experiences in the haunted house, and how the investigation has given her a sense of closure and understanding.
