A Mother's Courage: Talking Back to Autism is an inspirational story about a mother determined to help her autistic son. After trying several unsuccessful treatments with her 10-year-old son, Margret travels to the U.S. and throughout Europe where she's able to speak to several autism experts, as well as communicate with families who have stories that parallel her own experience. Although doctor visits don't always give results, the film shows the path she and her son took with innovative new therapies and the hope she gained that her son might learn to express himself in ways she never dreamed possible.
