Art of the Devil 2 is a Thai horror film released in 2005, directed by Kongkiat Khomsiri and produced by Sarunyu Wongkrachang. It is the sequel to the 2004 movie Art of the Devil, and just like its predecessor, it features a lot of gore and disturbing scenes. The movie follows the story of two sisters named Boom (Napakpapha Nakprasitte) and Ploy (Hataiwan Ngamsukonpusit), who are raised by their abusive stepfather after their mother passes away. Ploy is forced into prostitution to support the family, while Boom becomes a successful artist.

One day, Ploy is brutally murdered by her clients, and her stepfather refuses to help her. Grief-stricken and desperate for revenge, Boom turns to black magic to punish those responsible for her sister's death.

She seeks the help of a powerful witch doctor, Por (Akarin Siwapornpitak), who agrees to perform a ritual to avenge Ploy. Por warns Boom that there will be a price to pay for his services, but she is willing to do anything to get justice for her sister.

As the ritual progresses, strange things start to happen around Boom. Her paintings begin to come to life, and she starts to see the spirits of those who have wronged her. The line between reality and fantasy starts to blur, and Boom realizes that she might have made a deal with the devil.

The movie is full of plot twists and turns, and the pacing is fast enough to keep audiences engaged throughout. The horror elements are genuinely scary and depict a lot of gore and violence, so it might not be suitable for the faint of heart.

The acting is solid, with Nakprasitte giving a particularly impressive performance as the tormented sister seeking justice. Siwapornpitak also excels as the witch doctor, who is torn between the ethics of his profession and the lure of power.

The film's production values are high, with a lot of attention given to the cinematography and sound design. The Thai backdrop adds authenticity to the movie and adds to its horror elements.

Overall, Art of the Devil 2 is an intense and terrifying horror film that is not for the weak-hearted. It serves as a worthy successor to the original Art of the Devil and cements its place in Thai horror cinema.

Art of the Devil 2 is a 2005 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 40 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.8.
