The film follows super spy Cyril Juan Borguette or codename W4C as he is sent to Prague with the latest in spy technology, an alarm clock that houses many different weapons and tools, including an atomic bomb. He is tasked with the mission of uncovering a plot to militarize the planet Venus. As he does, his enemy Foustka is always just one step behind him.
The film was written and shot in the Czech Republic.
