This movie is about the story of a film crew who is trapped inside of a basement at their job. They decide to spend their time by recording commentary riffs to every unrated movie that their boss, Bob Honcho, has assigned them to. They are also recommended by their boss to wear a working-class uniform, as well as a clunky headset while they commentate on each film by acting out a ridiculous sketch.
