In the film 200 M.P.H., Rick must find a way to cope with the unexpected tragedy of losing his brother in a street race that became deadly in the blink of an eye. He promises his mother he will stop racing on the streets because of what happened to his brother, Tommy. Kayce, the drug dealing punk who was racing against Tommy when he died, continues to press Rick into racing again so he can recover the loss of the car his brother wrecked. Rick must decide if getting Kayce off the streets is worth breaking the oath he swore.
