786 is about Rajesh (Sashikanth) a medical pupil who is supported through the donation pooled in via farmers and special households inside the neighbouring villages. He falls in love with Alekhya (Yana Shiek), daughter of mafia king Anant Raj. Anant Raj makes sure that Rajesh is put in jail on faux fees of twin murders. Rest of the story is all about how he proves his innocence to the court.
