The one-hour movie, A Nation Remembers: The Story of the Pentagon Memorial, documents the construction of the Pentagon Memorial as well as firsthand accounts of those affected by the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. Political leaders in the United States and those who lost loved ones share their stories of that day and the aftermath. The memorial, located near Washington D.C., was the first memorial dedicated to the 9/11 attacks. This film describes the necessity of the monument to remember and honor the passengers of the hijacked plane and those that died on the government building's grounds.
