Meanwhile, Janaki's business rival, Ramadasu (Gummadi), tries to take over her company. He offers her a deal but Janaki refuses. Ramadasu then resorts to dirty tactics and tries to tarnish Janaki's reputation. He spreads false rumors about her and tries to ruin her business. However, Raja's spirit is on the lookout and helps Janaki expose Ramadasu's deceit. Janaki is grateful and realizes that Raja's spirit is watching over her.
As the story progresses, Raja's spirit helps his family in various ways. He makes sure that his daughter gets married to a good man and also helps his wife in her political career. He also helps his staff and makes sure that they are happy.
