All Stars is a heartwarming comedy film that revolves around a group of young boys who come together to save their local sports center from being demolished. The film was released in 2014 and directed by Lance Kinsey, who also co-wrote the screenplay along with his son, Logan Kinsey. It stars the talented Fred Willard, Miriam Flynn, and Logan Kinsey himself.

The story begins with Ethan (Logan Kinsey), a shy and introverted boy, who loves playing baseball but lacks the confidence to play on the team. In order to impress his crush, Chelsea (Nicole Scimeca), he decides to form a new baseball team with his friends. They all come from different walks of life and have different strengths and weaknesses, but they share the same passion for baseball.

Ethan's father, George (Fred Willard), who runs the local community center, is struggling to keep it afloat due to financial difficulties. The community center hosts various activities for kids, including sports classes and summer camps, and is a focal point of the community. However, the center is now facing the threat of being sold off to a real estate developer who plans to turn it into a shopping mall.

Ethan sees an opportunity to save the center by using his team's success to raise funds for it. He enters his team into a local tournament, in hopes of winning the grand prize money which will be enough to save the sports center. However, the team faces challenges and setbacks along the way, including their biggest rivals, the reigning champions.

As the team starts to train and practice, they receive help from some unexpected sources. A retired baseball coach, Mr. Benedict (David H. Lawrence XVII), offers to train the boys and shares his wisdom and knowledge with them. They also receive support from George's wife, Maureen (Miriam Flynn), who provides them with food and drinks during training sessions. Together, they all work hard and train even harder to prepare for the tournament.

Throughout the film, we see the team members grow and develop, both individually and as a team. They learn to overcome their differences and work together towards a common goal. The film also explores themes of friendship, family, and community. All of the characters are likable, and their interactions are playful and fun.

There are some standout scenes in the movie, including a hilarious dance sequence that takes place during one of the training sessions. The film also has a great soundtrack, featuring classic baseball songs such as "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" and "Centerfield."
