All The Queen's Men is a World War II era comedy about a group of Allied soldiers sent on a mission to infiltrate a Nazi factory disguised as German women. Set in the backdrop of London during the war, the movie follows the story of Lieutenant O'Rourke (played by Matt LeBlanc), a talented American soldier who is tasked with leading the team of misfits that include a British intelligence officer named Tony Parker (played by Eddie Izzard) and an expert in cosmetics named Dolores (played by Nicolette Krebitz).

The movie begins with a dramatic scene where O'Rourke is nearly killed by a German plane while on a reconnaissance mission in Berlin. Following the incident, his commanding officer Colonel Pollock (played by James Cosmo) informs him of a top-secret mission to infiltrate a German factory that produces the Enigma encryption machines used by the Nazis.

To achieve this, the team is given a unique disguise - women's clothing - and a training session to learn how to walk, talk and behave like women. The training is overseen by Dolores, who is an expert in cosmetics and transforms the soldiers' faces to look like a group of ordinary German women. During the training, the team is ridiculed by a group of WAC (Women's Army Corps) soldiers who are serving with the British army. However, Dolores teaches them the importance of their mission and how they can help to win the war by infiltrating the factory and stealing the valuable encryption machines.

Once the team is fully trained and prepared, they travel to the German town where the factory is located. Upon arrival, they immerse themselves in their new identities and begin their mission. However, they quickly realize that their cover is blown when they encounter a group of real German women who begin to ask them questions about their 'lives.' The team manages to bluff their way through the situation and proceed to infiltrate the factory.

Inside the factory, the team faces a number of challenges including German soldiers who are suspicious of the new employees, and an unexpected complication when Dolores begins to feel a bond with one of the German actresses who works at the factory. The relationship creates a conflict for Dolores, who is torn between her duty and her moral compass. The team also discovers that the Enigma machines are not on the factory floor, but in a hidden basement. This leads them to devise a new plan to avoid detection by the Germans.

As the mission progresses, the team finds themselves in increasingly dangerous situations. They are constantly under threat of discovery by the Germans and must navigate a web of lies and deceit to achieve their objective. Through it all, they learn the importance of teamwork, courage, and sacrifice as they work towards their goal of bringing the Enigma machines back to the Allied powers.

Despite being a comedy, All The Queen's Men never glosses over the horrors of war. The movie incorporates elements of drama that accurately depict the harsh realities of World War II, including the brutality of the Nazi regime and the sense of uncertainty that was felt by all who were involved. At the same time, the movie also infuses a touch of lightheartedness that makes it an enjoyable and heartwarming film.

In conclusion, All The Queen's Men is a well-crafted comedy that balances humor with drama. The movie is a tribute to the brave men and women who fought and sacrificed their lives during World War II. It is a delightful film that is both entertaining and poignant, and it showcases the resilience of the human spirit in the darkest of times.
