This documentary takes a look into the massively popular tourist destination, what the culture means for tourists and the city's residents. The film takes a deep look into the world famous holiday known as Mardi Gras, the central location for it being New Orleans. Growing it's roots from as far back as the days of slavery, the tradition grew out of oppression, and was seen as the one holiday where every one no matter race or creed, were seen as equals.
