There are still many families in the United States who have loved ones listed as either Missing In Action or Prisoner Of War. These people have never found out what happened to those they loved. They are haunted by this issue and still asking questions.

This documentary takes a look at this continuing issue. It examines the activist movement that has worked tirelessly for decades to bring peace to the families of those who never returned.
