Watch Animated Text Quote in powerpoint

Here I would like to teach this interesting technique on how to make an animated text quote in Powerpoint. I will be working in powerpoint 2016, but this will work for powerpoint 2010 and powerpoint 2013 aswell. We will use a photograph, subtract text in the middle and then put an animation behind all this to make the text glow and change it's color in the middle.
