Audace colpo dei soliti ignoti (1960) is an Italian comedy with a criminal theme. Peppe and his gang make a failed attempt at robbing a Madonna Street pawn shop and then part ways. A gangster from Milan asks Peppe if he and his gang would like to reunite to rob a soccer betting pool right after a big Milan championship match. The crooked bunch of thieves, all who have different humorous problems, are trying to lead the straight life. Nevertheless, they accept the gangster's proposition. The hapless gang has troubles before, during and after the robbery.
