Basket Case 2 is a American exploitation horror comedy directed by Frank Henenlotter and released in 1990. The film was released for the first time on DVD in 2007 by Synapse Films. Basket Case 2 is a direct sequel to Basket Case, which Henenlotter also directed. The film takes place only shortly after the events of the first Basket Case film in which Duane Bradley and his horribly deformed monster brother Belial survive the fall from the first film and end up in a home for deformed cast away people run by a kindly woman named Grandmother Ruth and her beautiful daughter. However, people begin to suspect that everything is not right with the secretive household, and several reportors begin snooping around with the intention of getting photographs of the monstrous Belial.

To protect their identity and peaceful way of life, Duane and his brother decide that they must use any means necessary, even murder, to protect their new found family. Thus a reign of terror ensues in which no one is safe from the basket case.

Basket Case 2 is a 1990 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 30 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.4.
