Beavers is a nature documentary that was released in 1988. The documentary contains footage of a single beaver family living in the wild. It follows the beavers as they move into the area, and go about turning it into a home. This includes such things as building a damn, making a nest, foraging for food, and eventually having young. The beavers also have to face challenges such as attacks from bears and other animals. The documentary discusses the important role that beavers play in the ecosystem, and how they can change the entire nature of a river. Beavers was directed Stephen Low, and it features voiceover work by Earl Pennington.
