1980s favorite eternal boy Pee-Wee Herman (Paul Reubens) is back in his second movie adventure. Pee-Wee has a dream, to be a world famous singer but he can't escape is fame as Pee-Wee, but it is just that, a dream. Awaking at his ranch his life is quickly turned upside-down by a tremendous storm which blows in a traveling circus. Pee-Wee falls in love with the trapeze artist, Gina and is unsuccessful in joining the troupe. Gina hatches a brilliant scheme to impress the manager but they are stopped by the angry villagers who despise the circus. Will they succeed?
