A woman named Clara meets a man named John. They start a relationship and everything starts off great. However, things take a sudden turn as her husband becomes violent. At first Clara is confused and thinks that things will work out because her love is so strong. However, eventually she realizes that she is in danger and starts working on a plan to help herself and her son named Chris.
