After 50 years working with only six months leases, a heritage steam railway in the North West is threatened by the sale of the land. Over a three month period, Buying Time digs deep into the railway's operation and with volunteer cameo's, a ride on the full route and animated sequences is ideal for old and young alike, whether steam enthusiasts or not.
