This documentary compares the differences in the ways that the United States and European countries try and find new homes for orphaned and abandoned children. In the U.S., some children participate in a process that resembles a fashion runway show. They are shown off for potential parents in a manner which seems clinical. But it also works and helps place the children. By contrast, European children often grow up in large group homes and never find a new home. Which approach is best for the children? This documentary tries to find out the answer and it's not what you might think.
