Chunkzz is a coming-of-age comedy film directed by Omar Lulu and released in 2017. The movie features Balu Varghese as Rambo, Honey Rose as Sherly, and Vishak Nair as Babu, in the lead roles. The movie is set in a college campus, and revolves around the lives of three friends who are studying in the same college. The story begins with Rambo, Babu, and Jojo, the three best friends, who are involved in various activities and pranks on the campus. They are joined by Sherly, who is a new student to the college. Rambo falls in love with Sherly, and tries to impress her by acting like a hero. Meanwhile, Babu and Jojo also try to woo Sherly, which creates a conflict between the three friends.

The story then progresses to the next phase of the movie, where the three friends are shown as trying to create a documentary film for a college competition. The competition is for the financial aid of an orphanage, and the trio decides to make a film on the college canteen, which they believe has some interesting stories to tell.

However, their efforts are thwarted by the college authorities, who refuse to let them film in the campus. But the trio manages to gather material to create a film, which they hope will win the competition. But soon, they realize that they have been cheated by their own seniors, who have stolen their documentary and made it their own. This leads to a confrontation between the seniors and the trio, which eventually brings them under the radar of the college authorities.

The movie then takes a serious turn, as the trio is suspended from the college, and their future seems bleak. But they finally manage to prove their innocence, and win the financial aid for the orphanage. The movie ends with the trio being reinstated in the college, with the added bonus of having their own canteen, which they name ‘Chunkzz’.

The movie’s strength lies in its lighter moments, which are laced with humor and wit. The chemistry between the lead actors is palpable, and the comic timing of Balu Varghese and Vishak Nair is impeccable. Honey Rose, who plays the female lead, also delivers a commendable performance.

The dialogues are sharp and witty, and the screenplay keeps the audience engaged throughout the movie. The music is another highlight of the movie, with catchy tunes that complement the mood of the different scenes. The cinematography is also noteworthy, with some well-shot sequences that bring out the beauty of the college campus.

However, the movie is not without its flaws. Some of the scenes tend to get repetitive, and the pace of the movie slows down in the second half. The climax, though predictable, is refreshing in its treatment.

Overall, Chunkzz is a fun-filled movie that entertains the audience with its quirky characters, slapstick humor, and lighter moments. With a talented cast, witty dialogues, and memorable tunes, it is a must-watch for anyone looking for a good laugh.
