Jamaica is one interesting place: the history, the culture, and of course, the food! We'll capture all of that and then some as we travel around the island. My stops include the annual Portland Jerk Festival, where I will uncover the secrets of jerk goat. I'll camp out at the four star Grand Lido Braco Resort, where I will soak up the sun and sample some great cuisine. And, you'll be treated to signature drinks at Margaritaville, and wonderful food at Blue Runnings and Toscanini Restaurants.
