What a trip! We start in the vineyards of the plush Alexander Valley in the heart of Sonoma County. The winery is Clos du Bois, one of the county's best. Starting in the vineyards where microclimates can allow Chardonnay and Merlot to be harvested on the same day, we'll next head to Charcuterie restaurant in downtown Healdsburg, where French heritage meets local wine each and every day. From Sonoma, we'll head out on the water with superchef Michael Mina in search of salmon. Then Mina will cook up our catch at his own spectacular Aqua restaurant in San Francisco's financial district.
