Dear Dolphin is a heartwarming and emotional tale about the bond between humans and dolphins. Directed by filmmaker Mikel Olaciregui, the movie is set in the beautiful coastal town of San Sebastian, Spain. The movie tells the story of a young girl who is struggling to find her place in the world and a group of dolphins who help her find her purpose.

The film follows the life of Mia, a 10-year-old girl who is struggling in school and feeling disconnected from the world around her. Despite having a loving family, including a supportive mother and an older brother, she feels lost and alone. She has a passion for marine biology and spends her free time visiting the local aquarium and studying the behavior of dolphins. It is here that she meets the aquarium's resident dolphin, Silver, and the two form a unique connection.

As she spends more time with Silver, Mia begins to realize that she has a gift for communicating with the dolphins and understanding their behavior. She becomes obsessed with studying them and spends all her free time in the aquarium, observing and interacting with the dolphins. She begins to understand the struggles the dolphins have as intelligent animals, confined to a small space and forced to perform for humans.

As Mia becomes more involved with the aquarium's dolphin program, she discovers that the dolphins are not the only creatures in captivity. She meets an older woman named Alice, who has been forced to sell her home and live in a hotel due to financial struggles. Alice used to be a dolphin trainer and is determined to help Mia rescue the dolphins from the aquarium and release them back into the wild.

Mia and Alice form an unlikely bond, with Alice becoming a mentor to Mia and teaching her all about the dolphins and their natural habitat. Together, they work to create a plan to set the dolphins free, a plan that involves the help of local fishermen and the support of the San Sebastian community.

The movie is a beautiful portrayal of the bond between humans and animals and the importance of protecting our environment. The cinematography is striking, featuring stunning shots of the San Sebastian coastline and the beautiful dolphins in their natural habitat. The film also provides a message of hope and resilience, as Mia and her new found allies work tirelessly to save the dolphins and right the wrongs of the human interference.

Overall, Dear Dolphin is an inspiring and emotional story that will leave audiences with a renewed sense of purpose and a greater appreciation for the beauty of our natural world.
