During the raid of her gambling joint, owner Fay Saunders steals Steve, her policeman boyfriend's, gun. Fay kills an officer, but Steve gets blamed for it and is attacked by his fellow officers. On his deathbed, Steve relays the story to his friend and fellow officer Jim Murray, who must clear Steve's name.
