El Salvador: Another Vietnam is a documentary that takes a detailed look at the country of El Salvador from the 1920s up to the early 1980s. Directed by Glen Silber, and narrated by the well known actor Mike Farrell, it gives a in depth look at the civil war that has plagued the country for years, and the roll that the US Military has played in it due to economic policies and American interests since 1948. Through film footage provided by the US, Mexico, and Europe it tells of how the US sent in Military advisers to help the Salvadorian government fight the "communist" rebels in a way that is comparable to how the US got involved in the Vietnam conflict.
