Some different exercises to strengthen the lower back that are done on the floor, pommel horse or vault table and a yoga ball. This routine includes arch ups with a bigger and smaller range of motion (with both the upper and lower body), arch rocks and arch holds. Also for preventative maintenance and rehabilitation work for the lower back area. I am a gymnast and gymnastics coach for 25+ years.
