In the movie Fatal Intuition, Joo Won plays Jang-woo, a successful real estate agent who lost his parents at a young age. He is very protective of his younger sister Eun-ji, played by Yoo-Young Lee, and they share a close bond. However, Jang-woo's life takes a dramatic turn when he receives a call from a woman claiming to be his long-lost sister. The woman, named Bo-yeong, is played by Hae-Jin Yoo, and she is a mysterious figure with a troubled past.

Jang-woo is initially skeptical of Bo-yeong's claims, but he soon becomes convinced that she is indeed his sister. He welcomes her into his home and introduces her to his family, but his sister Eun-ji is wary of Bo-yeong and senses that there is something off about her.
