It's been 2 weeks since Whitney had surgery for osteochondritis dissecans of the capitellum (OCD in her right elbow). As of today, she doesn't have to wear the splint anymore. She decided to go visit her cousin Blake at the AllCore 360 facility and get an abdominal/core workout. Then it's off to Athens and gymnastics practice.
