Because Windy cares so much for his daughter, he promoted Dodo to police reporter. Dodo has always been the office joke. Some co-workers put a fake beard on him and make him look like a hobo, as he heads for his first day on the new job. Windy wanted Doubleday to investigate the underworld that is trying to cause trouble for his newspaper but actually removed him from the publishing department. Windy has a hard time losing Doubleday.
