This is the story of a young couple in love who escape a village so they can get married together. They run away to avoid being forced into an arranged marriage. The local patriarchal figure finds out that they've tried to escape tradition and sends his henchmen chasing after them. They begin by beating up some of their friends and eventually track them down. Eventually there is a confrontation between the gang and the male lover in which he almost escapes but is knocked unconscious. He comes to and escapes, and the couple continues on the run.
