Highest point (1669m/5477ft) on North Cascades highway (SR20), the short loop trail, a National Recreation Trail, just 400 feet (250 meters) long, runs from the pass to an overlook with a spectacular view of Liberty Bell Mountain and the highway 700 feet (210 m) below. We went there on the early afternoon of July 2, 2016.
