A tutorial on how to learn a kip on either the women's uneven bars (low bar or high bar), men's high bar and parallel bars. Included are some drills, explaining each part of the kip (the first part is the glide, the second is bringing your legs to the bar and the third is pulling to a front support) and going over spotting. About me, I am a gymnast and gymnastics instructor for 25+ years.
