Hungry Years is an American comedy film that centers around Ellen who is obsessed with dieting and counting her calories. Ellen has recently split from her boyfriend, who was also her mentor. Faced with life on her own, Ellen embarks on a journey that will take her outside her dieting mentality and comfort zone. Here she meets an attorney who specializes in personal injuries, an author whose work is controversial, and someone who is raising funds for a bomb detonating robot.
