This documentary films examines the problems of homelessness in Los Angeles. It's estimated that more than 250,000 men, women and children live in the county, either on the streets or in shelters, every year. The majority of these individuals can be found on any given night in South Los Angeles, centered around a region known as Skid Row. As many as one in five are physically disabled, with that same percentage also able to hold down a job, but not making enough income to secure permanent housing.
