InSpectres is a 2013 comedy-horror movie directed by Darren Orange and starring Lucas Thompson, Brian Barber, and Mike Mauloff. The movie follows a group of parapsychologists who run a struggling ghost removal business called InSpectres. Their job is to investigate and rid their clients' properties of any unwanted supernatural activity.

The movie opens with the InSpectres team performing an exorcism that goes horribly wrong, resulting in one of the team members being possessed by the very demon they were attempting to banish. The incident puts the team in a dire financial situation and forces them to take on a high-paying job that could put them back on the map.

The job in question comes from a wealthy heiress named Linda Dobson (played by Rachel Grubb), who believes that her deceased husband is haunting her mansion. The InSpectres team eagerly agrees to take on the job, but things quickly spiral out of control when they realize that Linda's husband is not the only supernatural entity in the house.

As they investigate further, the team discovers that Linda Dobson's mansion is a hotbed of paranormal activity, with ghosts, demons, and other otherworldly beings lurking around every corner. The team members are forced to put their skills to the test as they attempt to uncover the root cause of the haunting and put an end to it before it's too late.

Despite the movie's horror themes, InSpectres is primarily a comedy, with most of the scares played for laughs. The movie's comedic tone is largely thanks to the InSpectres team themselves, who are a quirky and eccentric group of characters with a wide array of peculiarities and idiosyncrasies.

Lucas Thompson plays the team's leader, a self-proclaimed paranormal expert named Austin. Thompson's performance as Austin is one of the movie's highlights, with his exaggerated enthusiasm and steadfast belief in his own abilities providing plenty of laughs.

Brian Barber plays the team's resident skeptic, Marcus, who is constantly questioning Austin's methods and beliefs. Barber's deadpan delivery and sarcastic wit are a perfect foil to Thompson's over-the-top charisma.

Mike Mauloff plays the team's tech expert, Doug, who is responsible for developing the gadgets and tools that they use to detect and capture ghosts. Mauloff's performance as Doug is charming and endearing, and his scenes provide some of the movie's more subtle comedic moments.

Overall, InSpectres is a fun and entertaining movie that successfully blends horror and comedy. While the movie may not be particularly scary or groundbreaking, it's a great example of a comedy-horror done right, with solid performances by its cast and plenty of laughs to be had.

InSpectres is a 2013 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 25 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.0.
