Ming Yu, a martial arts instructor in search of a true master, dismisses Rufus, a rogue student. He goes on a drunken rampage and Polly, an aspiring artist, ends up a victim. The experience shatters her confidence. Encouraged by a teenage girl, Kyra, she learns kung fu, under Ming Yu. Unaware of the connection between her attacker and Ming Yu, Polly sets out to claim back what was stolen from her.
