Jet Harris was an iconic figure in early British rock n roll. He popularized the electric bass guitar in the UK, and also gave the British group The Shadows their name. Jet left the band in 1962 with drummer Tony Meehan,the pair had a series of hits. His story is funny, poignant and at times tragic, it is told with unusual honesty and wit by Jet himself alongside a host of musicians and stars.
