JPAC 's (Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command) mission is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of the nation's past conflicts. JPAC personnel search for, recover and identify remains of Americans unaccounted-for from the Persian Gulf War, Vietnam War, Cold War, Korean War, World War II and World War I.

The Guerrilla Docs crew accompanied a JPAC team to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to film a recovery mission for three missing Americans ambushed in the remote jungles of Central Vietnam in 1969. The crew also filmed at the JPAC forensic labs in Hawaii documenting the incredible work of the dedicated scientists who analyze and identify the remains of America's lost heroes.

The documentary chronicles JPAC's history, their personnel, their mission and their commitment to their fellow comrades to never leave a man behind.
