Julio, a young, Puerto Rican tattoo artist, moves to Cleveland and sets up shop in the basement of his cousin Jose's barbershop. When a customer returns asking for Julio to fix a tattoo with his cheating girlfriend's name, Jose discovers that there is more going on than just tattoos. With Tony, scheming a takeover, and Gustav, on a desperate hunt for love, it's a wonder any hair actually gets cut.
